Founded by Skylar, a second-generation construction professional with a deep passion for craftsmanship, our company was created to bring true quality and accountability to the artificial turf and hardscaping industry.

Skylar’s journey began in a modest way, mowing lawns with his best friend Mikey to fund their shared love for dirt bikes. What started as a side hustle soon evolved into a passion for transforming ordinary outdoor spaces into something memorable. As the years passed, Mikey went on to establish Turf Sellers, a leading turf distribution company, while Skylar served in law enforcement before joining his father’s construction business.

While working in construction, Skylar witnessed firsthand the explosive growth of artificial turf, and the lack of qualified installation professionals to meet the demand. It was clear there was a gap between product and performance. That’s when Arizona Turf Works was born.

With a strong foundation in construction and turf knowledge passed down from Mikey, Skylar launched Arizona Turf Works with one goal: to raise the standard in turf installation.
